#6. Consumer dispute resolution (§ 36 VSBG)

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz — VSBG).

German-language declaration as required for German consumers under § 36 VSBG: "Wir sind weder bereit noch verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen."

#7. Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 DDG. § 7 Abs. 1 DDG declares that Arts. 4 to 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act — DSA) apply to all service providers irrespective of whether the service is for consideration.

Under Art. 8 DSA, we are not subject to a general obligation to monitor information we transmit or store, or to actively seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity. Where we host third-party information within the meaning of Art. 6 DSA — in particular Workspace Content published by our customers on public changelog, roadmap, feedback, and survey boards, and on knowledge-base pages — liability attaches only from the point in time at which we obtain actual knowledge of a concrete legal violation. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Upon becoming aware of any such legal violations, we will remove the relevant content without delay.

Our offering contains links to external third-party websites whose content we have no influence over. For this reason, we cannot assume any liability for this third-party content.
