Cancel your contract

Submit this form to cancel your ProductLog subscription. You can also cancel from inside your workspace or by emailing [email protected].

Email address

Use the email address associated with your ProductLog account if possible.

Postal address

Optional. Helps us identify your contract if the email above is not on file.

Workspace / customer ID

Optional. Found in your invoices or in your workspace settings.

Contract to be cancelled

For example: "ProductLog Pro monthly subscription".

Type of cancellation

Ordinary cancellation Cancels at the end of the current billing period. Extraordinary cancellation (for cause) Takes effect immediately or on the date you specify. Reason required.

Requested effective date

Optional. Leave blank for the next available cancellation date. Cannot be in the past.

Reason

Optional for ordinary cancellation; required if you select extraordinary cancellation.

We will send a confirmation email to the address you provide immediately after submission, in line with § 312k (2) BGB. The cancellation takes effect on the date stated above; if you did not specify a date, an ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
